Production Flow
1. Hearing about the content of production
Please fill out the request form or fill out the form on the contact page and contact us by DM or email.
Please use a translator to send your consultation in Japanese.
2, Reservation Complete
The reservation will be completed as soon as the payment of the request fee (full prepayment or partial prepayment (50%)) is confirmed after the contents of the hearing are accepted.
※If you cancel after the payment, 25% of the total amount plus the transfer fee, and if you cancel 1 month before the production start date, 50% of the total amount plus the transfer fee will be charged as the cancellation fee.
※If you cancel after the production starts, you will have to pay in full.
3, Start production
We ask the client to check it several times during production.
※We ask you to use X or Discord so that we can communicate smoothly during production.
If you do not have one of the above accounts, please contact us.
※If an excessive design proposal is requested, a large revision due to the customer's convenience after the rough decision will be an additional charge.
4, Payment of the balance
If you make a partial payment in advance, you will have to pay the balance. (Payment must be made within one week of the invoice)
5.delivery of materials
After confirming the payment of the balance, we will deliver the completed data if there are no corrections.

・Please note that we cannot accept a refund or return.
・Any act against public order or morals, slander, or use of this illustration or model for specific thought, religious, or political activities is prohibited.
(If we confirm the above behavior, we may suspend the use of the illustration or model and request deletion.)
・We are not responsible for any trouble caused by using the illustration model.
・Use of this illustration for adult content is prohibited.
・If you do not get in touch with us for more than 5 business days, we will automatically cancel your order if there is no reason.
・If you violate the terms of use, we may suspend your rights to use the models and illustrations.
〇For illustration clients
・If you want to make a second use of the illustration, please contact us in advance.
(Only individual distributors are allowed to use illustrations (commemorative illustrations, goods illustrations, etc.) other than homage illustrations as thumbnails, icons, and headers.)
・When you use the illustration on YouTube, please write your name and X account URL (which you can directly go to @Mahiru_M0 account) in the video summary column.
〇For Live2D Model Clients
・When using the model, please write your name and X account (which can be directly moved to @Mahiru_M0 account) in the profile of each activity medium or video summary column.
・We cannot respond to problems caused by the environment. Be sure to check the operation beforehand.
・As long as it is personal, you are free to create your own works.
・It is prohibited to change the texture atlas (color change) of the model which I illustrated.
