The higher the budget, the greater the range of motion and the higher the quality of the detailed movement (Depth of the face, hair, and body). (Please note that the higher the quality, the more pc specs are required.)

○ Boost option
It will be a higher quality model than usual depending on the Boost price.
You can add the Boost option in increments of 1,000 yen.
○ Cautionary notes
In the case of modeling only
・Please prepare so that you can correct the parts and consult with the illustrator in charge.
・If you want a plan with high quality or higher, please try your best to have a meeting with the illustrator at the stage of parts division after character design. (If the part separation illustration is completed, there may be many parts modifications.)
・If the above two points are difficult, we can modify the parts and create additional parts, but there may be an additional charge. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Flow of production
1. Hearing of production contents
Please fill in the request form or fill in the format on the contact page and consult us via X DM or email.
2, Reservation completed
If you understand the details of the hearing, your reservation will be completed.
The reservation will be confirmed by transferring 50% of the payment fee (reservation fee) one month before the production start date.
*If you cancel after the transfer: 30% of the reservation fee plus the transfer fee 10 days before, the cancellation fee will be the full amount of the reservation fee.
3. Payment
If you request full advance payment, we will send you an invoice for the advance fee minus the reservation fee one week before the production start date.
(Please pay within a week.)
4) Production starts
During the production process, we ask the client to confirm it several times.
*We ask you to use X or Discord so that we can communicate smoothly during production.
If you do not have the above account, please contact us.
*In case of individual request, we can present up to 3 rough proposals.
After the 4th plan, there will be an additional charge.
In addition, there will be an additional charge for any major revisions due to customer convenience after rough decision, whether for individuals or companies.
*If you cancel at this time, there will be an additional cancellation fee.
5. Delivery
After the final confirmation, if there are no corrections, we will deliver the completed data.

7. Payment of the balance
If you pay in installments, you have to pay the balance.
(Please pay within one week of the request)
8. End of transaction
After confirming the transfer of the balance, if there is no problem with the delivery data, we will terminate the transaction.
If there is any failure or defect of the model after that, we will fix it free of charge.
*Please note that it is not possible to correct problems caused by the environment.

You can pay in advance for one copy or in full.
(Only those who have a Japanese bank account can make a bank transfer. )
If you make a full payment in advance, you will be asked to pay in two installments, once the request is completed (reservation fee) and one week before the start of production.
If you make a partial payment in advance, you will have to pay in two installments, once the request is completed (reservation fee) and within one week after delivery.
The reservation fee is 50% of the total amount requested and must be paid one month before the production start date.
If the estimated delivery date is more than 5 months later, we ask you to pay 2 months in advance.
*We ask you to transfer the balance within one week after delivery.
The reservation will be confirmed by transferring 50% of the payment fee (reservation fee) one month before the production start date.
*If you cancel after the transfer: 30% of the reservation fee plus the transfer fee 10 days before, the cancellation fee will be the full amount of the reservation fee.
*PayPal charges 3% of the total fee in Japan and 7% of the total fee in other countries.
